Our experience with Silver River Properties has been exceptional. Our HOA specifically works with Allison Horn and she has been an integral part of keeping our neighborhood on track as well as complaint with local laws. I’ve been a part of our HOA board for almost 7 years and have worked with Allison for the last handful of those years. Prior to Allison joining us, we worked with another property management company that was less than stellar. Allison came in and immediately began to get our neighborhood on track and fix a lot of the problems she inherited. She is incredibly timely in her responsiveness and also interfaces well with the neighbors throughout the community. She is in regular contact with the board to not only solve problems that arise, but she is also proactive to help avoid potential pitfalls.
